I'm a family nurse practitioner with over 20 years in nursing and 11 years as a NP, caring for patients of all ages-from tiny humans to wise ones. i have passion for women's health and especially enjoy working with children and older adults.
i'm proud to be local-born in hahira, georgia and raised in valdosta. i left for college and served in the U.s. air force, and i've been grateful to be back in the community for the past four years. taking care of the people i grew up around means so much to me.
when I'm not in the clinic, i'm usually with my 3 kids, my 2 dogs, tending to my flock of chickens or planning my next cruise. I believe healthcare should be personal, comfortable, and maybe even a little bit fun!

Jennifer Harrell, RN
I am the proud founder of Next Level. Healthcare has always been more than just a career for me, it has been a calling. I began my journey in nursing over a decade ago as a LPN after graduating WGTC in 2012. Over the years, i continued my education and training and earned my RN degree. I have gained my hands-on experience caring for patients in a varity of healthcare settings over the years.
in 2018, i founded the next level brand. my goal has always been to create an evironment where patients feel genuinely care for, not rushed, overlooked or treated like just another appointment on the schedule.
in my spare time, you will find me spending time with my amazing children, bonus children and grandbabies. standing strongly behind this big dream of mine, you will find my husband, wesley harrell, which is the backbone and unwavering support that keeps me striving to be a better person and leader within our community.
how it started
Next Level Premier Care & Med Spa was created from a dream to bring compassionate, modern healthcare and wellness services to our community in a more personal and accessible way. What began as a passion for wellness and helping others feel confident evolved into NL Weightloss & Wellness, where we focused on improving health from the inside out. As the practice continued to grow, so did the vision. I realized there was such a need for a space that combined primary care, wellness and aesthetics all in one place. That vision quickly became NL Premier Care & Med Spa.
